Tell A Good Feeling Story

What is the story you are telling yourself or others?

What story are you telling or listening too?

If you are talking about circumstances that upset you or don’t make you feel good or maybe you are listening to others complaining, judging constantly, its time to change the narrative.

It can be frustrating sometimes, when people are in your face trying to get you to acknowledge how awful they feel. They do that because they think that if they can convince you to feel like them, and be as miserable as they are, somehow that will help them feel better.

Don’t go there, it doesn’t mean you don’t care, although they may feel like you don’t. Keep yourself in a good feeling place by focusing on seeing these people thrive. Imagine them in a good place, feeling empowered, loved and happy.

Even though someone is justified in feeling sad, depressed or angry, talking about why they feel like that just keeps them in a negative feeling place. It’s not wrong or bad, it’s perfectly OK, but nobody can move to a better feeling place, by telling the same negative story.

The same goes for you and me; I choose to acknowledge and be OK when I don’t feel so good. However, the best thing about it is that it tells me I’m focusing my thoughts, in places that are of no benefit to me. Take notice of how you feel.

You can’t live a Good, Happy Life if you continually tell a Sad, Sorry Story.

When you feel Good, you have Clarity

When you feel Good, life is Easy

When you feel Good, you feel Worthy

When you feel Good, you feel Empowered

When you feel Good, you feel Loved

When you feel Good, you are allowing Wellbeing.

So tell a good story, and I don’t mean just giving it lip service, you have to feel it. Those around you who choose to do otherwise, either drift out of your life or are influenced by you instead of the other way around.

Tell the story of how you want your life to be.  Once you get to a place of believing, you will very quickly get to a place of knowing.

Let’s tell good stories, and then Always Settle For More!

Be happy, leave a trail and ALWAYS SETTLE FOR MORE.
